DELIVERY

Purchases will be sent from London, United Kingdom. Orders will be sent within 4 working days of the order being placed (not including weekends). If you require the order by a specific date please email us at amelie@amelieboutique.com to see if it is possible.

Standard delivery will be sent by Royal Mail. Express delivery will be sent by courier (DHL, UPS or Fedex). In all cases a signature will be required on delivery.

Please note that you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package. These times do not include any delays due to customs.


Buyers outside of the EU do not need to pay the tax which is already included in our prices. The VAT of 20% will be deducted from your order at the checkout.


Please note that these times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. On rare occasions there may be delays which are out of our control. Please allow at least 2 weeks for deliveries to the UK and 1 month for deliveries outside of the UK. Please email us at amelie@amelieboutique.com if there are delays with your delivery and we will look into this for you.



RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange.

Before returning something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at returns@amelieboutique.com. You will be provided with a returns form to print out and complete. This, along with the original receipt must be returned in the parcel. We must receive the item within 14 days of receipt.

For all items, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. It is recommended that proof of posting and insurance for the value of the goods is obtained as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Returns must be received in perfect, unused condition with all tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.  Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings. If any of these conditions are not met the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If you would like to exchange an item please let us know in your email as this will be subject to availability. Exchanged items will only be sent after the returned goods have been received in perfect, unused condition.

All successfully returned items will be refunded to the account used to originally purchase the items within 10 working days, less any taxes, duties or charges incurred. It may then take longer for the funds to show in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please let us know if you have any questions.
